    I am fairly experienced in networking, but I am not an expert.

    I was wondering if anyone has managed to gain a working system with the WRT54GL (or older versions for that matter) and an Ethernet ADSL modem using PPPoA? i know that you cant use PPPoA bridged mode with the WRT54GL because it doesnt have an ATM system. i was wondering if it was possible to set it up a network like this:-

    INTERNET -> Phone-Line -> Ethernet ADSL Modem -> WRT54GL -> WIRED + WIRELESS USERS

    would there be any problems?

    Any hardware recommendations for an ADSL modem will be appreciated.

    also i read that the Linksys ADSL2MUE Modem, isn't very good for doing that becuase it has built in NAT. so i imagine i would need just a standard Ethernet ADSL modem.
