    OH MY GOD! That's all I have to say about this router and Linksys support. The router drops internet connections, both wired and wireless. I had 5 chat sessions at about half an hour a piece for each. They blamed everything from my ISP, the modem, my microwave, other wireless gadgets around, the Windows XP internet connection wizard. They won't take the router back. I just contacted them this morning for the 5th time, after trying everything they suggested and here is what she told me

    Jeselle G. (10336): Eric. There are still a lot of troubleshooting steps that we should do before we can declare your device as defective.

    Worst support I have ever received. Warranty work is my job for the company I work for. I've talked with Acer, Gateway, Logitech, Lexmark. Linksys is far and away the worst support. DO NOT WASTE your money on Linksys products
