I will try to detail as much as I can in hopes someone can help me with my problem.

From work I'd like to connect to my linux box at home using SSH or FTP to pull files. Using a secure or non-secure FTP session, the connection hangs when asking for a modest amount of data (a short file listing or a file). Using SSH (secure of course) the connection will hang in the same manner. I have to tell the client to disconnect and reconnect but it never works anyway so I just quit.

Now this is the weird part. I can connect to my computer at home from any other ssh/FTP server PERFECTLY. I can also connect to any other ssh/FTP from work PERFECTLY. This problem only occurs with this these two computers! What is going on!?
