prioritize 1 ip over all others

what would be the best way (using one of the firmware projects?) to prioritize all traffic to and from 1 ip address over all other traffic?
 
I assume you mean the local IP address of one of your computers? In that case use the QoS feature (Found under the Application & Gaming tab). ;)
